  1. High performance magnetic system design

    • Composite magnetic circuit: adopts high-performance neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) and ferrite composite magnetic circuit optimization design, high magnetic field strength, large gradient, strong suction.

    • Self-unloading type (RCYD): Adopting waist drum roller design, with automatic deflection correction function, effectively preventing the unloading belt from deviating. Stainless steel scraper thoroughly removes iron parts.

IV. Selection Guide

  1. Suspended (CX) selection points

    • Belt width matching: the width of the iron remover should be 200-400mm larger than the belt width to ensure full coverage.

    • Magnetic pole height: the installation height (H) is usually 1.5 times the thickness of the material.

    • Typical applications: coal pre-treatment, primary selection of raw materials for building materials, grain processing, recycling of renewable resources and so on.

  2. Self-discharging type (RCYD) selection points

    • Iron unloading capacity: according to the content of ferromagnetic debris to choose the right model and unloading belt speed (usually 0.8-2.5m/s adjustable ).

    • Environmental requirements: chemical industry, coal powder, dust and other flammable and explosive places, must choose explosion-proof type.

    • Typical applications: cement production line (raw material mill inlet), coal transmission system of thermal power plant, mining crushing production line, large-scale sintering plant.

V. Installation and Maintenance

  • Installation specification:

    • Suspension type: the lifting angle should be ≤30°, and the height from the belt should not exceed 80% of the rated value.

    • Self-unloading type: ≥1.5m clean space should be reserved on the side of unloading iron, and the power box is ≤10m away from the equipment body.

  • Maintenance points:

    • Daily inspection: remove the adsorbed iron and impurities every week; check the bolt tightness every month.

    • Regular maintenance: test the magnetic field strength once a year; replace the roller bearing grease once every 2 years for self-discharging iron remover.
