Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a kind of automatic feeding device used to supply materials from storage silo or other storage equipment to the receiving equipment uniformly or quantitatively, and it is the necessary equipment for realizing the automatic production of flow operation. This equipment is suitable for quantitative or continuous supply of lump, granular and powdery materials, widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, electric power, chemical industry, food, glass, refractory materials and other industries.

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder working principle

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder exciter electromagnetic coil using single-phase half-wave rectifier current supply. When the coil is energized in the positive half-week, the armature and the iron core generate pulse electromagnetic force to attract each other, at this time, the slot body backward movement, the main spring of the exciter deformation of the potential energy storage; in the negative half-week coil de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappeared, the main spring releases the energy to drive the armature and the core of the reverse direction of the separation, the slot body forward movement. Due to the bottom plane of the trough body and the excitation force acting at a certain angle, the material in the trough body along the parabolic trajectory continues to be transported forward.
