PF series impact crusher is a new generation of medium and fine crushing equipment which is developed by our company by integrating the advanced technology from home and abroad and closely combining with the actual working conditions of domestic sand and gravel industry. With unique structural design and high quality wear-resistant materials, it can efficiently crush all kinds of medium-hard materials (such as granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa, and the maximum feed size can reach 500mm, and the crushed particles are in the form of cubic shape, uniform particle size, no tension cracks, and excellent granularity, which is the ideal choice for the production of high-grade aggregates. It is widely used in ore crushing and material shaping in mining, building materials, railroad, highway, energy, cement, chemical industry and so on.
After the material enters the crusher, driven by the high-speed rotor, the plate hammer impacts the material violently and makes it hit the impact plate at high speed to realize the first crushing. After the impact, the material bounces back to the plate hammer area and is impacted again, and collides with other splashed materials. This process is repeated in the first, second and third level impact chamber, until the material is repeatedly impacted, collision crushing to the required size, and finally discharged from the discharge port. By adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor, the discharge size can be flexibly controlled.

Keyless connection: the rotor and plate hammer are fixed by mechanical locking, and it is more convenient, fast and reliable to replace the plate hammer.
Adjustable gap: the gap between the counterattack frame and the plate hammer can be easily adjusted by mechanical device, so as to accurately control the product size and meet diversified needs.

Note: The processing capacity is closely related to the hardness, humidity, composition and final product size requirements of the material, the data in the table is the reference range for medium hardness materials.
