1. Innovative structural design

  • Lengthened receiving drum (1.7-4.4m): effectively buffer the impact of feeding, so that the slurry enters the settling zone smoothly, providing a pre-settling environment for solid particles.

  • Large diameter receiving plate (30% larger): greatly increase the initial settling area, to avoid the phenomenon of "flopping", and improve the processing capacity.

  • Exclusive degassing storage tank: it can effectively eliminate more than 95% of the entrained air bubbles in the slurry, preventing the air bubbles from stirring and destroying the settling layer, and ensuring the settling process is stable and efficient.

2. Intelligent drive system

  • Dual motor configuration:

    • Main drive motor (1.5-7.5kW): provides the core power of rake frame rotation.

    • Lifting motor (0.8-5.5kW): automatically lifts the harrow frame in case of overload to protect the safety of the equipment.

  • Frequency conversion stepless speed regulation: the rotating speed of the rake frame can be precisely adjusted within the range of 0.13 - 1.1 r/min, which can flexibly adapt to the requirements of different slurry properties and concentration.

Selection and application guide

  • Standard working condition (without flocculant): Select the corresponding model directly according to the treatment capacity.

  • Enhanced sedimentation (add flocculant): please mark " +FY " after the model number, and we will provide the dosing system program for you.

  • Special materials (high viscosity, easy to foam): It is recommended to choose a larger model to ensure sufficient performance margin.

  • Typical applications:

Installation and Maintenance

Installation points

  • Foundation requirements: the deviation of foundation level should be ≤ 2 mm/m.

  • Center column calibration: the verticality error of the center column should be ≤ 1/1000.

  • Sealing test: After the equipment is installed in place, it must be filled with water for at least 24 hours leakage test before trial operation.

Maintenance

  • Daily inspection (weekly/monthly)

    • Check the wear and tear of rake teeth and rake arms.

    • Test the motor running current and confirm that there is no abnormal fluctuation.

  • Regular maintenance (quarterly/yearly):

    • Replace reducer lubricant quarterly.

    • Check the condition of the anti-corrosion layer of the tank body and steel structure every year and repair it in time.
