Working Principle

1. Feeding and water injection: Mud-containing minerals are fed from the front end of the washing tank, and high-pressure rinsing water is injected at the same time.

2. Powerful scr ubbing: The reducer drives two spiral shafts to rotate in opposite directions. The spiral blades installed on the shafts stir, knead and scrub the minerals strongly, so that the mineral particles and soil are fully dissociated.

3. Separation and overflow: under the action of washing water, the mud and sewage with light specific gravity are discharged from the overflow weir at the end of the tank.

4. Lifting and discharging: the washed heavy minerals are lifted up along the inclined bottom of the trough under the push of the spiral blades, and finally discharged from the discharge opening at the front end of the washing trough, realizing the complete separation of mud and minerals.
