Product Overview
XJK flotation machine (A type) is a self-absorbing mechanical agitation flotation machine with a long history and the widest application in China's mineral processing industry. It originates from mature design, and after long-term production practice and technical optimization, with its remarkable features of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient operation and economic investment, it has become the preferred equipment for roughing and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized ore dressing plants, and is widely used in the sorting process of non-ferrous, ferrous, precious metals and non-metallic minerals.
Core working principle
XJK flotation machine realizes aerating and pulp circulation through mechanical agitation:

Stirring and suction: The high-speed rotating rubber impeller generates negative pressure in the cover chamber, which automatically sucks in air and stirs the slurry.

Mixing mineralization: air, slurry and chemicals are fully mixed in the impeller area, useful mineral particles are selectively adsorbed with air bubbles to form mineralization bubbles.

Separation and enrichment: the mineralized bubbles rise to the liquid surface to form a foam layer, which is scraped out by the scraper device, i.e. concentrate; hydrophilic veinstone minerals are left in the tank as tailings, thus realizing the separation of minerals.
