Product Overview

Multi-layer shaking table is an intensive and intelligent upgraded product of traditional 6-S shaking table. Through innovative multi-layer bed superposition design and suspended inertia head structure, it greatly improves the processing capacity per unit footprint and reduces the complexity of installation and maintenance while retaining the extremely high sorting precision of the shaking table. The equipment is widely used in the roughing, concentrating and sweeping operations of a wide range of metallic and non-metallic minerals such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, iron, manganese, coal, etc., which is an ideal choice for modernized mineral processing plants to realize intensive and efficient production.

Core working principle

Multi-layer shaking table inherits the sorting principle of traditional shaking table: on the inclined bed, the ore particles are subjected to the combined effects of gravity, transverse water impulse, inertial force and friction generated by reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed, and accurately sorted into layers and belts according to the specific gravity and particle size. Different ore particles are distributed in fan shape along their respective trajectories, and finally separated into concentrate, middle ore and tailings. Its core innovation lies in the optimization of mechanical structure, which vertically stacks three or four layers of beds and is uniformly driven by one power source, realizing the multiplication of efficiency.

  • High space utilization rate and large processing capacity: Adopting vertical layout of 3 or 4 layers of beds, the processing capacity is increased exponentially (up to 3-4 times that of a single-layer shaking table), which greatly saves the floor space of the plant and reduces the cost of infrastructure.

    • The glass fiber reinforced plastic bed surface adopts wear-resistant layer bed strips, which has the advantages of wear-resistant, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, non-deformation, etc. and has a long service life.

    • The bed surface is installed in layers on the unified bed frame , which is easy to install and uninstall, and convenient for maintenance and replacement.

  • High degree of automation: Compact structure and electronic control design are easier to integrate into the automated beneficiation process.

    • Coarse sand bed: 2 - 0.5mm

    • Fine sand bed: 0.5 - 0.074mm

    • Mud bed: < 0.074mm

    • *When processing tungsten and tin, the effective recovery particle size range is 2 - 0.022mm.
