Slurry inhalation and start-up: XCF type flotation machine, as an inhalation tank, can self-absorb the slurry and foam from the previous stage by virtue of its unique impeller structure, without the need to configure a foam pump, so as to start the horizontal flow of the whole flotation circuit.

  2. Aerating and sorting: KYF type flotation machine as a DC tank relies on low-pressure air supplied by an external blower, which is uniformly fed through the intermediate air disperser. The large-diameter cone impeller carries out strong agitation, generating a large number of micro-fine air bubbles to realize efficient separation of minerals.

  3. Mineral slurry conveying: Mineral slurry flows naturally in the unit relying on the liquid level difference formed by the horizontal configuration, with smooth flow and extremely low energy consumption.

  4. Foam collection: The mineralized foam is steadily scraped out by the scraper mechanism to obtain the concentrate product.
