The working process of BS-K flotation machine is a precise combination of mechanical force and aerodynamics:

  1. Synergistic inflation and mixing: the external blower provides a stable and adjustable air source, while the conical impeller rotates at high speed to generate strong turbulence, realizing the forced mixing and uniform dispersion of air and slurry.

  2. Mineral Separation: Under the strong turbulence environment, the hydrophobic minerals fully collide and attach with the fine, uniform air bubbles generated by the radial stator cutting to form mineralized air bubbles.

  3. Mineral slurry flow: adopting step configuration, utilizing the self-weight of mineral slurry to form self-flow, passing through each flotation tank in turn.

  4. Foam collection and stabilization: the mineralized bubbles float to form a stable foam layer, which is scraped out by the scraper. Part of the mineralized foam in the concentrating zone can be returned to the previous tank for re-election through the foam pump to improve the recovery rate." Starting from BS-K16, the processing capacity of the equipment has jumped up, and it is suitable for concentrating and sweeping operations in large-scale mineral processing plants.
