Working Principle of JJF Flotation Machine
The working process of JJF flotation machine is an efficient gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixing and separation process:

Air-slurry mixing: when the cylindrical impeller rotates, with the cooperation of the special circulating channel formed by the guide tube and false bottom, the air is inhaled and the slurry is inhaled from the bottom at the same time, so as to realize full mixing.

Slurry Circulation: The deflector tube guides the slurry to form a good internal circulation, which ensures the suspension of particles and prevents sedimentation.
