Model BF flotation machine realizes high efficiency sorting through the following synergistic process:
Slurry circulation: The unique closed double truncated cone impeller generates strong centrifugal force when rotating at high speed, forming strong slurry down circulation, effectively preventing heavy minerals from precipitation.
Air-slurry mixing: The negative pressure effect of the impeller draws in a large amount of air, which is fully mixed with the circulating slurry and cut into micro-fine bubbles. The built-in bubbling plate further optimizes the size and distribution of bubbles to increase the probability of mineralization.
Mineral Separation: The target mineral particles treated with chemicals collide with the fine air bubbles and attach to them, forming a cluster of mineralized air bubbles. On the premise that the heavy minerals are effectively suspended, the mineralized bubbles steadily rise to the liquid surface, forming an enriched foam layer, which is scraped out by the scraper, thus realizing separation.
Intelligent control: Equipped with automatic control system of the liquid level of the slurry and electric control device, it can realize precise and stable control of the liquid level and the amount of foam scraped out, which is easy to operate.
