Model SF flotation machine is a high efficient and energy saving self-absorbing mechanical agitation flotation equipment. It adopts innovative forward tilting tank body and double-blade impeller structure, which perfectly solves the industry problems of easy sinking of coarse-grained minerals and low recovery rate. This equipment integrates suction, slurry suction, agitation and flotation, and has outstanding advantages such as large suction capacity, low energy consumption, high recovery rate and stable operation, etc. It is especially suitable for the flotation and separation of finely embedded non-ferrous, ferrous, non-metallic and rare metal minerals, and it is the core equipment of modern mineral processing plant.
Slurry preparation: the slurry which is ground and fully mixed with chemicals is fed into the tank.
Gas slurry mixing and mineralization:
The double-blade impeller rotates at a high speed driven by the motor, generating negative pressure, automatically sucking in air and forming a large number of fine air bubbles.
The impeller sucks in the slurry from the bottom of the tank at the same time, so that the air, slurry and chemicals are fully stirred and mixed in the mixing area.
After the target mineral particles collide with the air bubbles, the hydrophobic minerals attach to the air bubbles and form mineralized air bubbles.
Separation and scraping bubbles:
The mineralized bubbles rise to the liquid surface under the action of buoyancy, forming a foam layer.
The forward tilting tank design facilitates foam stabilization and aggregation towards the scraper area.
The rotating scrapers scrape out the enriched mineralized bubbles, which are the concentrate product.
Hydrophilic minerals remain in the slurry and are discharged as tailings from the end of the tank.
Forward tilting tank: The unique design effectively prevents coarse particles from settling and accumulating, avoiding the phenomenon of "sinking tank" and guaranteeing continuous and stable production.
Double-blade impeller-stator system: the impeller adopts wear-resistant material, scientific design, strong mixing force, large suction volume, and low circumferential speed, which greatly prolongs the service life of the impeller and stator.
Horizontal Configuration, Self-absorbing Union: Adopting horizontal arrangement, it can realize self-absorbing slurry, the slurry in the front tank can be automatically absorbed by the rear tank, no need to configure additional foam pumps and mid-mineral pumps, with a simple process and low investment and operation and maintenance costs.
Excellent recovery of coarse particles: The double-circulation flow pattern ensures that coarse particles are effectively suspended and participate in mineralization, which significantly improves the total recovery rate.
High efficiency and energy saving: Optimized impeller design and fluid dynamics ensure high performance with lower energy consumption than traditional flotation machines.
