Chain plate feeder is a kind of continuous feeding machinery, which is suitable for short-distance conveying of lumpy materials with particle size below 160mm. This equipment is widely used for uniform and continuous feeding from storage bin to crushing, transportation and other equipment, and can be installed horizontally or inclined (maximum upward inclination angle of 20 degrees). It can be installed horizontally or inclined (maximum upward inclination angle of 20 degrees). It is suitable for mining, processing plant, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other industries, with a production capacity of 60-107 m³/h, and a maximum feeding size of 160mm.
The equipment adopts high-strength die-forged chain as the traction piece, two chains around the head of the body of the driving sprocket and the tail tensioning wheel to form a closed circuit. Light conveying grooves are assembled on the links of each row of chains to form a continuous material conveying line. Self-weight and material weight are supported by multiple rows of supporting wheels, chain sprockets and chute beams on the body.
The transmission system connects the speed reducer through AC frequency conversion motor and adopts the rising sleeve to connect directly with the driving device to drive the carrying mechanism to run at low speed. The material is unloaded from the tail bin and transported along the conveying line to be discharged in front of the machine body, realizing continuous and even feeding to the equipment below.
Strong adaptability: suitable for harsh working conditions.
Wear-resistant and durable: adopts high-strength die-forged chain, wear-resistant and long service life.
Stable operation: frequency conversion speed control, low-speed smooth operation, realize uniform feeding.
Flexible installation: supports horizontal or inclined installation (maximum inclination angle of 20 degrees).
