Screw conveyor is a kind of mechanical equipment which drives the screw to rotate through the driving device, so as to push the material to realize the purpose of conveying. This equipment is mainly used for conveying powdery, granular and small lumpy materials, such as mineral powder, coal powder, soda ash, recycled rubber powder, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate and small lumps of coal, etc. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are easily deteriorated, viscous and easy to be lumped. Screw conveyor can be customized according to the actual working conditions and customer needs.
Convenient maintenance: screw shaft and hanging bearing, head and tail shaft adopts embedded tongue coupling, installation and disassembly without axial movement, convenient maintenance; core shaft is long, hanging less, less failure points.
Long service life: the use of variable diameter structure, increase the volume at the hanging bearing, to avoid contact between the bearing and the material, hanging bearing service life of more than two years.
Stable operation: each transmission part adopts floating connection, the hanging bearing is universal joint structure, forming a whole rotating floating body, which can rotate freely with the conveying resistance to avoid jamming and blocking materials.
Reliable sealing: the head and tail bearing housings are located outside the shell, and all bearings adopt multi-layer sealing and matching sealing technology, so the bearings have a long service life.
Screw conveyor (also known as screw feeder, auger conveyor) consists of driving device, closed trough box and screw, through the screw rotating the material in the trough box to push the output. The force that the material does not rotate with the screw blade mainly comes from the weight of the material itself and the friction resistance of the casing to the material.
