NT type peripheral rack and pinion drive thickener is a high-efficiency gravity concentration equipment designed for large capacity and low concentration working condition. It adopts the innovative peripheral rack-and-gear transmission system, replacing the traditional center drive or peripheral roller drive, featuring high output torque, stable and reliable operation, low energy consumption and strong adaptability. Efficient and powerful transmission system
Double rack and pinion drive design: symmetrical drive on both sides, transmission efficiency increased by about 25% compared with the traditional peripheral transmission structure, smooth operation, no crawling phenomenon.
Super torque output: the sturdy rack and pinion mechanism can efficiently convert the power into the rotating torque of the harrow frame, and under the same motor power, the processing capacity and anti-pressure harrowing capacity can be increased by more than 30%.

Feeding: The slurry is sent to the feeding cylinder in the center of the pool or the diversion tank on the truss through the feeding pipe, so that it can be preliminarily deenergized and evenly dispersed.
Sedimentation: solid particles settle freely under the effect of gravity, gradually forming a compression zone at the bottom of the pool.
Concentration: The rake blades on the slowly rotating rake frame gently push the concentrated solid material (underflow) to the central discharge at the bottom of the tank.
Separation: The clarified water (or process water) overflows from the continuous overflow weir around the pool body, realizing solid-liquid separation.
Coal industry: coal slurry water concentration and recycling, closed circuit recycling of coal washing wastewater, treatment capacity can be increased by 40%.
