Drum Chute is a high efficiency gravity separation equipment designed for alluvial gold ore concentrating. It skillfully combines the advantages of high enrichment ratio of fixed chute and continuous loosening of jig bed, and through the innovative mechanical drumming design, it completely solves the technical problems of fixed chute, which is easy to slate, while maintaining the high-grade characteristics of concentrate. This equipment has extremely high enrichment ratio, which is tens to hundreds times higher than that of jigger, especially suitable for roughing and concentrating operation of alluvial gold ore, and it is an ideal choice for capturing fine gold particles in mobile gold panning vessel, stationary processing plant and tailings recovery system.
The slurry first enters the feed chute to buffer and distribute evenly, and then flows into the bed consisting of an angle steel chute. The heart of the plant lies in the eccentric drumming system that drives the natural rubber bottom plate in an up and down reciprocating motion:
Anti-slumping drum ming: The continuous drumming of the rubber base plate keeps the sedimentary layer loose, allowing light minerals to be discharged efficiently by eddy currents and elliptical holes, and heavy minerals (gold particles) to settle.
Highly efficient stratification and recovery: The design of the sliding lattice generates strong eddy currents, which, combined with the drumming force, promotes highly efficient stratification of minerals according to their specific gravity. Heavy minerals, such as gold, are captured at the bottom of the chute, while lighter minerals are discharged from the tailing with the slurry.
High Enrichment Ratio: By intermittently discharging high grade concentrate, a very high enrichment ratio is realized, greatly reducing the burden of subsequent selection.
Highly efficient anti-slabbing: The unique rubber bottom plate drumming mechanism fundamentally solves the problem of slabbing in the fixed chute and ensures a continuous and stable high recovery rate.
Extremely high enrichment ratio: small output rate of concentrate, high grade, enrichment ratio up to dozens to hundreds of times that of jigger, small amount of concentrate, easy for subsequent processing.
High recovery rate: the recovery effect is remarkable for micro-fine grain gold, especially flake gold, and the recovery rate is much higher than that of traditional fixed chute.
Simple and durable structure: Adopting natural rubber bottom plate and sturdy sliding lattice structure, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, adapting to harsh working conditions, low maintenance cost.
Energy-saving and flexible: low power consumption, can be fixed installation, but also perfectly adapted to various types of mobile gold panning equipment (such as gold panning boat, mobile gold panning machine), the installation angle can be adjusted.
