Product Overview

Mobile trommel screen is a fully mobile beneficiation platform that integrates screening, washing and gold processing functions. It is designed for small and medium-sized alluvial gold mines that require frequent turnarounds, and is highly mobile and flexible. It integrates a full set of systems such as silo, trommel screen, generator, water pump, sticky gold chute, etc. It does not need complex installation, and can be quickly put into production when it arrives at the site, with the characteristics of low investment, quick effect, simple operation and strong adaptability, etc. It is the ideal equipment for alluvial gold ore and river sand beneficiation.

Core working principle

The material enters the rotating drum screen cylinder from the material bin, and is screened and scrubbed under the water flow. The fine-grained materials (including gold sand) smaller than the screen holes fall through the screen holes into the bottom of the sticky gold tank, which is covered with professional polyethylene non-woven sticky gold blanket, which can efficiently capture the gold particles (including fine-grained gold). Large gravels and debris are discharged from the end with the drum rotation, thus realizing the integrated operation of screening and preliminary enrichment.
